Added: Answer Piping

You can now insert or "pipe" answers from previous questions into other parts of your form.  
Features:  
Reference answers from any input block
 (Short Answer, Long Answer, Multiple Options, Files, etc. – except reCAPTCHA).  
Mention questions across the same page or different pages
 for flexibility.  
Supported blocks for displaying answers:
- Text  
- Title  
- Form Title  
- Banner  
- Headers (H1, H2, H3)  
How It Works:  
Simply type @
 to mention an answer from another block, then press Enter or click to confirm.
Default Value for Answer Piping:  
Set a default value to display when the referenced question is unanswered.  
Click on the mentioned question and enter the default value in the popup window.
